Announcing SLOB 2.5.2.4

SLOB 2.5.2.4 is a bug-fix release available via the SLOB Resources Page. The bug fixes in this release have to do with refinements to the undocumented Obfuscated Column feature which first appeared in SLOB 2.5.2.

Kevin, fuji here. Have a customer that is asking about how RAC works with multipath devices. They are experiencing issues when they take a portion of their FC fabric down. The node that is being worked on is having one of it’s HBAs replaced. If RAC attempts to update the status of the node, sends a write to OCR down one of the paths that is taken out, does RAC node perform a re-try cycle, or does it just give up immediately and evict itself.
